Three Truths to Access Your Mojo

It’s Truth + Tequila Tuesday!
Today, for you, I’ve got some #mojotruth to share.
Today, for you, is less a question and more of a celebration. It’s inspired by a conversation in the group chat from the ladies in my Rock Your Mojo Mentorship Program. Every Monday I send them a #MojoMonday message to kick the week off on the Mojo side of the street. And this week, they chimed in with some messages that made this MojoMama proud.

Transformation NEEDS to Be Painful, Pt. 2

It’s Truth + Tequila Tuesday!
If you’re new here, you might not know that I run a mentorship program for women….the Rock Your Mojo Mentorship program. One of the many fabulous things included in it is a two day retreat that happens twice a year called: The Embodiment Retreat. And this week’s episode is PART TWO to a question that came up on the most recent Embodiment Retreat (listen to part one HERE). After one of the embodiment practices, one of the women asked: Why do some of the practices have to be so uncomfortable? A couple other women nodded their heads….and on today’s episode is the second part of what I shared with them.

Do This When Dealing with Negative Energy

It’s Truth + Tequila Tuesday!
This week’s question comes from Rebecca who says:
We’re living through a moment in history. I try to keep putting into perspective that years from now, hopefully, as other things in history work, we as well as next generations are going to be able to look back on this time and not have any regret and that I have some pride about how I spent my time. So for me, it hasn’t been about cleaning out closets. It’s all been about mind work and learning and connecting.

YOU are a Sexual Being

It’s Truth + Tequila Tuesday!
This week’s question comes from Curious in Colorado who says:
Why are we as a culture hiding the fact that women are sexual creatures? As a woman who’s struggled to get to a good place within my own sexuality, I feel sad that people still want to perpetuate that we’re not sexual. Why do you think this is so? And how do you see it hurting women overall?

Intimacy + Eye Gazing

It’s Truth + Tequila Tuesday!
This week’s questions comes from Nicole and she says:
My husband and I have been together for over 20 years. I’m the kind of person that if I’m talking to you, I would like to look at you in the eyes. But this is challenging for my husband, he’ll look out the window or someplace else. And says that he doesn’t need to look at me to be actively listening. It feels so weird to me though. I don’t feel ignored. I can say that, but it doesn’t feel right when I’m talking to somebody who’s constantly avoiding your eye contact. Is this normal? What can I do?

How to Pleasure a Penis

It’s Truth + Tequila Tuesday!
This week’s questions comes from Carole and she says:
Are there any techniques or movements on how to touch a man’s penis to cause a pleasurable experience? I’ve been using your Mojo tools for a while now and been increasingly feeling better about myself. I grew up with the messages that everything is wrong and bad, especially self pleasure or even worse to touch someone else. And I’m discovering that it’s healthy…and there’s a whole world to be enjoyed and to have pleasure.

Daily Motivation Practice

It’s Truth + Tequila Tuesday!
This week’s questions comes from ‘Working Mama in Need of Mojo’ and she says:
I’ve heard you suggest to have some type of practice, whether it’s like meditation or body movement or something like that, and how it provides a good structure, and I still really struggle with getting a practice in place. When I used to exercise, I preferred the evening.

Role Play the Mojo Way

It’s Truth + Tequila Tuesday!
In honor of Halloween coming up this weekend, I thought it would be fun to share with you one of the juicy things we do behind the scenes in the Rock Your Mojo Mentorship Program. Because it has to do with putting outfits and a signature look together.
And this is definitely a KEY part of the MOJO system – it’s the J of MOJO, Joining with the Different Roles You Play in Life.

Are You Taking Things Personally?

It’s Truth + Tequila Tuesday!
This week’s questions comes from Laura and she says:
There’s a recurring issue I have with my siblings, there are 8 of us and I’m the oldest. I took care of everyone as we grew up.  And now when we all get together it’s nice, fun and there’s family banter. But at some point, usually one of my brothers says something sarcastic or embarrassing to one of my youngest sisters, which just happened the other day. I got so irritated and worried that she was feeling criticized. And that’s when I said things that weren’t very nice. Almost like responding to it personally, like he said those things to me and I started telling him the way he should talk.
