Wendy Hammers is an actress, a keynote speaker, a published author, and a storyteller and producer of the live storytelling salon Tasty Words, now in it’s 20th year. She has been a nationally touring stand up comic, and solo show artist performing her play, Ripe, around the country, with the intention of inspiring women to fall in love with the bodies they have right now. She is also a sixty year young Pancreatic Cancer Survivor who doesn’t take a single day for granted. She has been featured on The Sopranos, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Oprah. She’s recently been called unremarkable, and you’ll understand why during this episode…and it’s not what you think.
