It’s Truth + Tequila Tuesday! This week we have a question from Christie who shares the following:
I don’t know why I feel so often stuck in a rut and I find myself actually wanting or feeling better being unhappy. Like, I’m happy being unhappy – or that’s what I tell myself. I do pull for help, I get happy, but there’s so many times I wonder about whether it’s possible to really be happy and live without any unhappiness. I guess maybe I don’t want any unhappiness, but I know that’s not real. Ugh. Can you help me find my mojo here?

This week’s question comes from Beth, who says:
I’ve listened to you speak about manifestation on the last few episodes and my best friend constantly tells me she just decides she wants something and then she makes it happen. I’m a bit emnarassed to admit this, but that concept is so foreign to me. And I feel like I lack confidence in this area of my life. It sounds so easy, but it kind of terrifies me. Help!
