This week’s questions comes from ‘Working Mama in Need of Mojo’ and she says:
I’ve heard you suggest to have some type of practice, whether it’s like meditation or body movement or something like that, and how it provides a good structure, and I still really struggle with getting a practice in place. When I used to exercise, I preferred the evening. I don’t know if I’m just not a morning person or if it’s that I do stuff late and then I stay up too late, so morning seem impossible for anything regular and I still work a traditional nine to five job. So, I’m a night owl in a daytime person’s world. And it drives me crazy because I feel like I’m always struggling to catch up. I’m either staying up late and not getting enough sleep and then the mornings are rushed getting the kids ready and me to work on time. Help! What kind of a practice do you suggest to get this working Mama’s Mojo going?
